Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 14, 2026
JerkCall is designed for adults to have spontaneous conversations. Random chat only works when people can participate without harassment, exploitation, threats or illegal activity. These Guidelines apply to every account, call and interaction.
Our rules
Respect people
Do not harass, threaten, humiliate, stalk or deliberately intimidate other users.
Adults only
Every person using JerkCall must be 18 or older. Never ask for, share or facilitate sexual content involving minors.
Consent matters
Do not pressure another person into sexual, romantic or personal interaction. Respect a clear no and end the conversation when requested.
No sexual exploitation
Sexual extortion, coercion, blackmail, trafficking, non-consensual sexual activity and exploitation are prohibited.
Protect privacy
Do not publish or threaten to publish private information, intimate material, addresses, phone numbers or account credentials.
No scams
Do not deceive users for money, credentials, gifts, cryptocurrency, accounts or other benefits.
No impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, organization or JerkCall representative.
No dangerous or illegal activity
Do not use JerkCall to facilitate criminal activity, threats of violence or instructions for harming people.
No spam or manipulation
Do not flood users, automate interactions, scrape the service or operate deceptive accounts.
Use reporting tools
If another user breaks these rules, leave the conversation and report the account when possible.
Reporting
If someone makes you uncomfortable or violates these Guidelines, leave the call and use the reporting feature when available. You can also contact jerkcall@gmail.com. Include the information needed to identify the account or incident, but avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness and circumstances of a violation, we may issue a warning, restrict features, remove content, suspend an account or permanently ban an account. Serious or potentially illegal conduct may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
We may also act on attempts to evade enforcement, including creating replacement accounts after a ban.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support with your username, the action taken and a short explanation. We may review the decision and any relevant information available to us.
